There was a time when HGTV was a mainstay on my television. All day. All night. I never tired of Divine Design or Design on a Dime or Designed to Sell. You name it. I watched it. I noticed that lately, I haven't been watching HGTV nearly as much as I use to so I decided to revisit the network that has given me more design ideas than I know what to do with.
There was a problem, however. I couldn't find a design show anywhere. What I did find was HRTV - Home & Real Estate Television. Every show had something to do with buying a house, selling a house, or hunting for a house. My First Place. Property Virgin. Sell My House.
What's going on? What happened to all my design shows? I need to know what backsplash I need in the kitchen that I'll one day have custom built. Where is Candace Olsen and Vern Yip to show me how to create the perfect family room?
I'm going to need Home & Garden Television to get back to their regularly scheduled programming before all is creatively lost in my house.
Maybe it just moved to a new channel in the line up?
